3pd was a Beetleweight built by Team TI Joe that competed at the 2005 RFL Nationals. It was a Gray, two-wheeled, invertible robot armed with a very destructive drum spinner. 3pd did well in its only competition finishing as the runner-up behind Buster Blade.
Team TI Joe competed on BattleBots with UltraViolent, to no success.

It is unknown exactly how 3pd did in the 2005 RFL Nationals. What is known is that it got a bye in the first round, and beat Unknown Avenger in the Quarter-Finals, and Beetle From Hell in the Semi-Finals. It then lost to Buster Blade in the finals, and became runner-up.
