Armatus was a Lightweight robot built by Team Tarkus that registered to compete for ROBOLympics 2004. Not much is known about Armatus other than that it would have been a two wheeled, box shaped robot armed with a spinning drum, and possibly a pneumatic flipping arm. However Armatus was never completed in time for the competition, and the team promptly retired from the sport shortly afterwards. The Team behind Armatus, also built BattleBots Competitor Tarkus.
