Houston was a Middleweight robot built by students from Grants High School in Grants, New Mexico that competed in RoboGames 2017. It was a black, box-shaped robot with the acronym ROFL scrawled on the side, it was armed with a pneumatic flipping arm. Houston did not do that well in competition, winning only one fight against another robot from Grants High School, T-800.

Houston's first ever match was against fellow Grants High School creation, T-800. This match started with T-800 spinning up, and slamming itself into the wall, Houston then cornered it and briefly prevented it from spinning up to full speed.
However T-800 then got up to full speed, and whilst going for an attack run on Houston, pulled a mauler that flipped itself upside down, and was counted out. All this took place in less than a minute giving Houston the win by an easy KO.
This put Houston through to the next round where it faced reigning Gold Medalists, Apolkalipse. This match started with Apolkalipse spinning up to speed, and rushing Houston, the resulting hit knocked Houston's flipper sideways, rendering it useless. Apolkalipse then delivered a hit to the side of Houston, which stopped moving, and was counted out, giving Apolkalipse the KO in 30 seconds.
Houston flips MANDiii.
This meant that Houston was now in the loser's bracket where it faced MANDiii. This match started with Houston box rushing MANDiii, however despite getting under it twice it misfired both times and MANDiii got up to speed and started emitting its death hum. MANDiii then delivered a blow to Houston that knocked loose its top panel, Houston then flipped MANDiii in retaliation.

However Houston lost one of its flipper springs as a result of this, and MANDiii came in for another attack, ripping the top panel of Houston loose completely, and busting its flipper ram. MANDiii, now in control proceeded to rop chunks off of Houston which shortly thereafter stopped moving and MANDiii did a victory spin. This of course meant that Houston was eliminated from the competition.
