Jaws of Death
Jaws of Death was a SuperHeavyweight built by Operation Boilermaker that competed at RoboGames 2008. It was a Black, and Silver gas powered robot, armed with Blue hydraulic crushing jaws. Due to its age, and lack of a self righting mechanism, Jaws of Death did not do well in RoboGames losing all three of its battles, despite this it was the default Superheavyweight champion of ComBots Cup III, as it was the only robot in that class which registered for the event. Prior to RoboGames Jaws of Death competed at BattleBots Season 3.0-5.0, and Steel Conflict 3, where it did reasonably well. The team behind Jaws of Death would find much more success in the Heavyweight division with Counter Revolution.

RoboGames 2008[]
Jaws of Death's first match was against Gerald. Jaws of Death lost this match, and was next up against the Canadian pneumatic launcher, and defending Gold Medalist Ziggy. Jaws of Death lost this fight, most likely by a quick knockout, and was then up against newcomers The Kodiak, it lost this as well and was eliminated from RoboGames 2008.
