The fight started with both bots spinning up before both bots exchanged shots. This fight was dead even with shots being thrown from both bots. Bacon was able to shove Maverick around despite the wedge and size difference. Maverick rammed Bacon into the wall, letting its opponent's drum spinner dig into the wall. Bacon managed to fling Maverick high up and Maverick self-righted by charging into the wall with its vertical spinner. Maverick controlled the match towards the end while hits were being exchanged from both robots. The fight went to a judges decision where Maverick won.
