SJ

SJ as it appeared for ROBOLympics 2004-RoboGames 2005.

SJ was a Heavyweight built by Blackroot that competed in ROBOLympics 2004-RoboGames 2010, as well as ComBots Cup I-III, and the 2004, and 2005 RFL Nationals. It was a Silver, four wheeled, wedge shaped (later box shaped) robot, armed with an axe which could double as a lifter. SJ did extremely well winning multiple medals, and even winning the 2004 RFL Nationals. SJ retired after RoboGames 2010, ending a long, and eventful career.

Outside RoboGames[]

SJ was originally built for BattleBots as SlamJob where it reached the round of 32 in Season 3.0, and the quarterfinals in Season 4.0, but lost its first fight in Season 5.0. After ROBOLympics 2004 SJ competed at the Steel Conflict hosted Southwest Division Championship which it won.

SJ then traveled to Canada to participate in the first War-Bots Xtreme event, winning that as well. SJ would repeat this by winning the second WBX event the following year.
